Nothing like serious downtime during a 100-year storm -- what else could I do in New Jersey! Anyway, I couldn't be more pleased. Your selection of pedestals is satisfyingly wide, with many truly useful designs. Shipment was extremely fast and I don't think anyone could ask for better or more secure packing. The two items I received arrived in pristine condition. I had been using pedestals from eDisplay (see Alien Queen Before) and, while I made good use of them, they really didn't fit the bill. To keep costs down, I than chose pedestals that were marketed as 'portable'. These were light and collapsable and therefore they could be shipped flat and at a lesser expense. Inherently, this limited my choice and, due to the less-than-sturdy design, required a much wider circumference and footprint. Needless-to say, Im thrilled to have discovered Xylem Design

I ordered 6 pedestals from you in July for a September tradeshow. The pedestals arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition. They are high-quality and looked beautiful in our tradeshow booth.

We usually surround our custom built Flow chopper (built for us by our customer Orange County Choppers) with stanchions when displayed in a tradeshow booth as we do not want random people sitting on it or touching it adding millions of fingerprints. This time we thought we would use pedestals and highlight other high profile customers who build cool things with our product. (We manufacture waterjet cutting equipment). Our selected customers were highlighted with a model of their product under the dust cover of the pedestal with an information card about their work and their logo in direct apply vinyl on the pedesatal. The lighted pedestal was attention grabbing. I've attached some photos.

In between tradeshows the pedestals will be on display at our corporate headquarters. Thank you for your prompt service and quality product. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

The white 30" pedestal looks great!  So glad I ordered it.  Don't have a camera to send a photo, and anyway the art object from Germany hasn't arrived yet--it's a museum-exact replica of the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti, 19" tall. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes, our event was a huge success - thanks to your entire team. The pedestals arrived in good shape (one small mis-hap...when we removed one of the pedestals from the box, a small chuck was missing from the side. It looked at though when the plexi top was installed, one of the silver pins/screws that are used to hold the top in place, was drilled in too close to the outside edge and it split the wood). Let me download pictures and come back to you.

Really, I can't thank you enough for managing this project. I was a little apprehensive, I'll admit, because you were an unknown online company (that I couldn't see, touch, visit, etc), and due to the sensitive nature, I had to trust you completely that all the pieces would fall into place. Needless to say, I'm used to having more 'control' over my projects:) Regardless, everything was seamless. You are a vendor of choice for HARTING and yes, I would recommend you and your team.

The pedestal was perfect and exactly the right size. On the other hand, it was shipped via UPS, which took more than a week to deliver it due to weather delays, although it sat in a UPS office in Houston, where the weather was fine, for most of that time.

The nine pedestals and 4 light systems arrived yesterday exactly on time as the driver said when he called earlier in the morning!

There were some "crush marks" here and there but your packaging was so good that none of them got to the pedestals themselves.
