Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes, our event was a huge success - thanks to your entire team. The pedestals arrived in good shape (one small mis-hap...when we removed one of the pedestals from the box, a small chuck was missing from the side. It looked at though when the plexi top was installed, one of the silver pins/screws that are used to hold the top in place, was drilled in too close to the outside edge and it split the wood). Let me download pictures and come back to you.

Really, I can't thank you enough for managing this project. I was a little apprehensive, I'll admit, because you were an unknown online company (that I couldn't see, touch, visit, etc), and due to the sensitive nature, I had to trust you completely that all the pieces would fall into place. Needless to say, I'm used to having more 'control' over my projects:) Regardless, everything was seamless. You are a vendor of choice for HARTING and yes, I would recommend you and your team.

The pedestal was perfect and exactly the right size. On the other hand, it was shipped via UPS, which took more than a week to deliver it due to weather delays, although it sat in a UPS office in Houston, where the weather was fine, for most of that time.

We just received our white laminated pedestal for displaying a sculpture. The website was easy to navigate. The shipping was timely. The follow up phone call was above and beyond. The nine pedestals and 4 light systems arrived yesterday exactly on time as the driver said when he called earlier in the morning!

There were some "crush marks" here and there but your packaging was so good that none of them got to the pedestals themselves.

The pedestals are gorgeous! Thank you so much for your guiding me through the process long distance over the phone, for sending them so promptly and for making such beautiful pieces to begin with! Your customer service could not have been better.
