For our design team to best meet your needs, we ask all clients seeking our design help to provide the following information:

Design intent Brief: please outline the goals, constraints, use case, quantity, materials, installation needs, how many times or how long it will be used, or anything else you think we should know about your project.
Included Design Scope
Our base design service includes:
• One Concept Design Round
Based on the client brief and budget, we deliver an initial concept design with rough visuals or CAD mockups.
• One Revision Round
Clients may request one round of changes (e.g., size/material tweaks, minor layout edits) at no additional charge.
Deliverables: Sketches, renderings, or basic CAD files for discussion purposes. These are not production-ready drawings unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Iterations
After the included revision round, any additional change requests or design iterations will be billed at $150 per iteration (defined as a round of new drawings or major adjustments).
We will confirm scope and estimated time for each additional round before proceeding. This rate reflects our design team’s time and the cost of managing revisions.
